Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 5–7 days of confirmed delivery. To qualify for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

·        Unused and unopened

·        Returned in original packaging

·        Not marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional gift

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

·        Clearance items

·        Promotional gifts

·        Any product marked as "Final Sale"

Restocking Fee

A $10 restocking fee applies to products that originally qualified for free shipping and are later returned for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, including damaged or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed or if the return request has been declined.

Exchanges

At this time, Rejalla Beauty does not offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.
